HOW DO YOU PROCESS MY ORDER?
Most orders process within 12 hours of when they are placed. Tracking information will also be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Currently, we only ship to the Contiguous United States, which includes all States except for Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship internationally.

Our automated system helps to package and ship products as quickly as possible. Once you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes, as it’s already being processed.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
Once your order is submitted, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page with your order number. If you’ve reached this page, we are either reviewing your payment information or your order has been processed. You’ll also receive an email confirming that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return all UNOPENED items within 14 days. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and then a refund will be issued after the inspection is complete.
